You will work with an experienced team in bringing the Revel Touch Merchandising Suite to market. As one of the first sales hires, you'll enjoy the momentum of a product that had generated significant in-bound interest from the world's largest retailers.
You will primarily be responsible for identifying, engaging and closing enterprise accounts. You must demonstrate a strong understanding of our clients' e-commerce, cataloging and in-store business objectives while driving new business for Revel Touch.

Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver a B2B sales strategy focused on the growth of existing customers and new business sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Maintain and develop the companies sales culture of high performance, commitment to customer service and satisfaction, and consistent goal attainment
- Work with Marketing to develop relevant lead generation and sales campaigns and help ensure all platforms and processes are optimized to deliver on-target performance
- Develop and own Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the Enterprise Sales Team, including the reporting process, production, and communication of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Participate in the creation and execution of new market entry sales strategy and tactics
- Manage and grow a team of high-performing sales professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and incentives as appropriate
Requirements:
- BS/BA (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years in enterprise sales, preferably digital commerce, retail or media
- Proven track record of high performance
- Track record of strategic channel planning and management and B2B sales strategy
- Solid understanding of business intelligence and analysis to identify new revenue opportunities

Senior Javascript/HTML5 Engineer

Analytics Reporting UI Engineer
You'll be in charge of designing and implementing the Revel Touch analytics dashboard. You will work with personnel, both within Revel Touch and with Revel Touch customers, to understand requirements, figure out what can be done given the available tools, propose possible designs, achieve concensus, and then implement.
Technical requirements:
- Experience as the primary designer/implementer of a dashboard or similar web application
- Understanding of web analytics metrics
- Experience with tools such as D3, Flotr or Plotkit for rendering numerical data on a webpage
- Good grounding in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Experience with web APIs
- At least 3 years experience in software development
Desired but not essential skills:
- Understanding of statistical models and distributions
- Graphic design background
- Experience with advanced visualization techniques

Director of Engineering / Professional Services - Mobile E-commerce Apps
You will be responsible for leading the small but growing team that helps our customers build amazing mobile apps that run on top of the Revel Touch E-commerce Platform.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of hiring and leading small to mid-size engineering and professional services teams.
- Experience of building highly sophisticated mobile (native iOS and HTML5) consumer applications. Our customers include top brands in the world, and our applications are designed by top UI designers. They must be flawless.
- Truly excellent project management skills are a must. Consulting or Professional Services background is a huge plus. You will be working with customers and account managers on defining Statements of Work and Project Plans, and simultaneously work on a large number of customer projects.
- Technical sophistication and software architecture skills. You will help define the architecture of a wide variety of applications.
- Experience of working in e-commerce is a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills are essential. You will be closely working with customers and prospects, as well as Sales, Account Management, Designers, Product Management, and Platform Engineering teams.
- Must be able to function well in an early stage startup environment. Demonstrated record of success in startups is required.
UI Designer
Revel Touch is seeking an experienced UI Designer to help us define user interactions for our platform and applications. You will work closely with our internal team leads and customers to develop best-in-class consumer experiences for mobile commerce. Our ideal candidate is passionate about (and has past experience in) creating unique, intuitive and engaging user experiences with a modern, engaging, effective and clean design sense.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in user experience design to conceptualize, design, and implement UI for iPad apps
- Collaborate with Creative, Account Services, Engineering, QA, and Product Management teams on interface design and implementation, from development of wire frames through delivery of final assets
- Create pixel perfect craft and details in documentation using the latest design tools including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks
- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and visual mockups to support business objectives
- Maintain detailed user interface standards and specifications guidelines
- Accountable for general production needs and generate production-ready assets for Engineering, including PSDs, JPGs and PNGs)
- Support and report to Senior Art Director
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Interactive Design or related field
- 3+ years of professional work experience digital space
- 1+ years of experience designing visual systems, ideally across mobile (iOS, Android), web and other devices
- Expert knowledge of graphic and user experience principles and web standards, including color, layout composition, and typography
- Comprehensive understanding of UI design and intuitive navigational schemes
- Capable of producing and translating ideas into clean wireframes and mockups for implementation
- Ability to execute designs quickly with a strong attention to detail, consistency, craftsmanship and creativity
- Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment; outstanding team player, excellent communication and time-management skills
- Adaptable and flexible with unexpected changes in direction and procedures
